Sailing in SA1
Friday will see the start of our dinghy training programme with Swansea Met. Students will be given the opportunity to learn the basic skills of dinghy sailing preparing them for the RYA training courses they will be attending with their employers ready for the summer placement.

Outdoors Show 14th 15th 16th March 2008

Luxuary Yacht Charter

Mike Goes to Sea
We would like to wish Mike Williams Good Luck on his first Big voyage. Mike is currently attending our Yachtmaster Intensive Course. Mike Came to us with no prior sailing experience and with a goal of becoming a Yacht Master. Mike has recently completed his Day Skipper Course and is now building Miles for his Yacht Masters. Radar Course
We are able to offer a one day course increasingly popular on both sailing and motor boats. Radar is an invaluable aid for navigation and collision avoidance but it is only useful in the hands of a knowledgable operator

Swansea Institute of Higher Education

Laser on stream
We took Delivery of our new Laser's on Thursday.Shiny New Laser 2000 and Vago fitted with Kites and trapeze wires.Any one wishing to try one of these flying machines just call.We also have available Pico's and Topper's.Soon to arrive will be our new Dart 16's, so put you'r name on the list for a blast on these monsters.

Well Done Nathan
We had RYA inspection this week and are now recognised to deliver RYA power boat and dinghy sailing courses.We are proud to anounce that Nathan Staley is our senior instructor. Nathan is a graduate from Swansea and has been working in the industry as a senior instructor for major companies such as PGL.Working with Nathan will be Paul Flower, also a Senior instructor on Dinghies as well as a senior First Aid insructor. This means All Points West has really seasoned quality instructors in all area's, well done Nathan. Here is our new Rib a Zodiac Pro15 with a Yamaha 115hp. AFLOAT

This could save your life
This is a must do course for anybody taking to the water. This one day course helps to maximize your chances of staying alive in an emergency. The Course will show you how to make the best use of a liferaft, you will learn some basic survival techniqes. Which include; Preparation for survival, lifejackets, medical issues, search and rescue techniques. Part of it includes a practical session in a swimming pool to experience entering an inflated liferaft whilst fully kitted out. After the Course You will have a good knowledge of survival techniques, the safety equipment carried on small boats and will have spent valuable time doing practical drills in a liferaft. Duration : 1 day Clients must be able to swim and tread water for this course

Staff day out
We decided to let the staff have a day out using the equipment. This was the moment just prior to vertical take off, it seems that flying has become part of the zapcat stunt program!

Enfis
25 Enfis staff enjoyed a day out sailing with a barbecue on Oxwich beach then a race back to Swansea as a finale .During the day we established that the guys could not keep a yacht straight whereby Sarah did a fine job.On the beach though the boys did a fine job of cooking. A quick spin in massive rib was layed on by Gower Coast Adventures.More on the day on the Gallery
